She has 25 years of professional experience in nature management issues. She worked as a Laboratory Courses Assistant in Botany & Taxonomy Course (Technological Educational Institute of Crete, 2002-2005). She has participated in many European and International research projects at the Mediterranean Plant Conservation Unit of MAICh where she worked as a research fellow (2005-2008) and she gained experience in rare and endemic plants collection, the special operations needed for the seed storage in the Seed Banks and issues concerning conservation and management of protected areas and plant species as well as public awareness and interpretation.
Since 2011, he has been permanently collaborating with the NCC and participating in the preparation of proposals, technical reports, and preparatory actions for European and national monitoring programs, as well as in the preparation of Special Environmental Studies (SES) and Management Plans for protected areas.
