He has over 15 years of experience in ecology and biodiversity conservation. He has long experience in monitoring bird populations, especially large raptors, the implementation of telemetry actions to monitor bird movements, the development of population models and statistical analysis. He has participated in various national and European bird conservation and monitoring projects as an ornithological expert.

Since 2018 he has been working permanently with the NCC as a specialist ornithologist.
