NCC (Nature Conservation Consultants) Ltd.<\/strong> is a consulting firm specializing in environmental planning, with an emphasis on the conservation of the natural environment and biodiversity. It was founded in July 2010 by scientists with expertise and experience in nature management issues.<\/p>\n

The company’s main objective<\/strong> is to contribute to the provision of evidence-based innovative and effective solutions to biodiversity conservation issues. NCC undertakes to provide advice to public and private bodies and to design and implement research, studies and programs for the conservation, management and restoration of nature and biodiversity. <\/p>\n

The company is active in a wide range of areas<\/strong> related to the study and protection of the natural environment. Its work ranges from the implementation of actions within the framework of programs to improve the status of protected species within and outside Natura 2000 network areas (such as the EU’s LIFE programs) over the development of biodiversity monitoring programs and of management plans for protected areas to the conduct of Appropriate Assessments for the environmental licensing of projects and activities.<\/p>\n

In addition to the expertise and experience of its staff<\/strong> in nature management issues in general, the company is supported by executives who specialize and have many years of professional experience in the study and management of marine fauna, which is of particular importance in our country, and birdlife, which is one of the most important and best-studied indicators of the quality of the natural environment.<\/p>\n
